Useful Sites

Below you will find some useful sites if you are considering writing a book, or publishing material.

  Thinking of Geneaology

I would be remiss if I didn't publicise my own website.

This is for anyone who is interested in creating a family tree, or family history generally. There is over 2Gb of information on here, including sections for both Ireland, and Wales.

You Write On A fantastic site, and resource for budding authors. You have the ability to upload some, or all of your work, and then get feedback from other authors.
  Lulu

A self publishing company that allows Print On Demand (POD) services.

Create your material, upload it, and then order it. It's that simple.

My Blog This is my own personal Blog. I update it about once a week with both what's happening on my Genealogy website, and also my experiences getting my book published.
 VistaPrint
This is an excellent site for getting promotional material. At least once a week they will send you offers for free stuff. I have managed to collect 500 postcards, 1,000 business cards, pens, t-shirts, and loads more. If you're smart about the way you order, you can get about a £100 worth of material for about £25. They do charge tax, P&P etc.
www.newbie-writers.com logo A superb resource for aspiring authors.

Below are some sites that I've stumbled accross that might be useful with regards to dogs, especially waywood ones.

  The Pet Club UK

Pet Club UK stock a range of pet products and supplies, they also offer a large area of the site dedicated to pet information.

Dog Guides: Dogs - Dog breeders - Dog breeds - Dog food - Pet insurance - Dog training - Dog kennels - Dog beds
Dog Forums - Dog Breeds
Dog Care Articles - Dogsey
If you enjoy dog forums, then this is a great one. I spend some time on here myself, and there's a section for Inuits, although it's under Non-Recognised Breeds :-)
